Join us this fall for Francisco Cerezo’s speaking tour! Francisco will share the story of his struggle against increasing violence, political persecution, and human rights violations in Mexico.

Francisco Cerezo is from Mexico City where he has 11 years of experience fighting for the freedom of political prisoners; he is a founder of Comite Cerezo that was formed to promote and defend human rights of the victims of political repression.

Cerezo’s speaking tour is being sponsored by Witness for Peace, a 30 year old, politically independent, national grassroots organization whose mission is to support peace, justice and sustainable economies in Latin America by working to change U.S. policies and corporate practices that contribute to poverty and oppression. His presentation at St. Luke is one of only two that he will be giving in Minnesota this year.
